Their daughter Lana and Seema. Lana, who completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Science at Loyola Marymount University (LMU), is planning to follow in her father’s footsteps by pursuing a career in dentistry. Seema, who is also studying at LMU, is forging her own path in political science with the ambition of becoming a lawyer. Outside of work and family, Dr. Kayali finds relaxation in walking, reading, and practicing yoga.​
